The artists who help imagine what’s possible.
The Make Create More Collective is an evolving group of interdisciplinary artists who collaborate on performances, residencies, installations, workshops, media, advocacy and community-based projects.
Our artists work across theatre, movement, music, film, visual art, technology, and experimental practice — bringing a wide range of skills, perspectives, and creative approaches into the studio.
We are not a fixed ensemble. We are a constellation: a group of individuals whose paths intersect through shared values, creative curiosity, and a belief that art can spark meaningful change.
How the Collective Works
Artists in the collective maintain independent creative lives — as freelancers, educators, designers, musicians, performers, filmmakers, organizers, and researchers. Their work outside the studio strengthens the work inside it.
When a project begins, we assemble the team whose skills, lived experiences, and artistic voices align with the questions at the heart of that work. This flexible model allows us to build interdisciplinary teams, support artists’ autonomy, work responsively with communities, and make projects grounded in rigor, imagination, and care.
Our collective is shaped by the studio’s core values: equity, accessibility, fair labor, creative risk, collective care, and imagination as civic power.
