These are the values that shape every project we take on, from a single afternoon workshop to a multi-year production. They’re not a poster on the wall—they’re how we make decisions.
Equity
We design for who’s actually in the room, not who we assumed would be—adjusting price, pace, and access points so participation isn’t reserved for those who can already afford it.
Accessibility
Physical, financial, sensory, and cultural barriers are design problems, not footnotes. We build access in from the first draft, not after the fact.
Fair Labor
Artists get paid at a professional rate, on time, for real hours worked—no exceptions made in the name of passion.
Creative Risk
The work that matters is rarely the safest option in the room. We protect space for ideas to fail honestly before they succeed.
Collective Care
Nobody builds a play, a workshop, or a studio alone. We check in on the humans doing the work, not just the work itself.
Let’s Connect
Let’s connect around shared values, not just shared calendars. If equity, accessibility, fair labor, creative risk, or collective care shapes how you work too, we’d like to hear from you.
