It's Catherine here! I'm a playwright, facilitator, and creative strategist who helps organizations imagine clearly, work creatively, and build systems that support the communities they serve. With more than twenty years of experience across the arts, education, and community development sectors, I offer strategic facilitation, technical assistance, and creative problem-solving for teams navigating complexity, culture change, or mission-driven work.

My consulting practice blends creativity, equity, somatic awareness, and systems thinking — supporting organizations as they clarify their purpose, strengthen their structures, and design processes rooted in care. Whether engaging a single team, a cohort of grantees, or a cross-sector partnership, I design processes that make space for clarity, imagination, and aligned action.

When a project benefits from additional creative perspectives, I bring in collaborators from Make Create More’s interdisciplinary artist collective. Together—across music, film, theatre, dance, visual art, and experimental practices—we combine our skills and experiences to generate imaginative, effective solutions for your organization.
